PT100 Sensor (SPX-17059)

A PT100 is a Platinum RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) with a resistance of 100Ω at 0°C which changes with temperature. It is suitable for applications in the temperature range of -200°C to 600°C but are more commonly used in the range -50°C to +250°C. Offering a higher degree of accuracy it is reliable in all situations. The number relates to the resistance value at 0°C. So a Pt100 probe will have a resistance of 100Ω at 0°C
